Are the blood tests accurate?▶
Yes. All tests are analysed in UKAS-accredited laboratories using clinical-grade equipment. Our lab partners serve private clinics, specialists, and NHS trusts.
How long do results take?▶
Most results are delivered within 2–3 working days from the time your sample reaches the lab. Some advanced markers may take slightly longer.
Will a doctor review my results?▶
All results are reviewed by medical professionals. We also provide plain-English explanations so you can take control of your own health data.
Can I use TrueVitals instead of going to the GP?▶
We’re not a replacement for your GP. TrueVitals gives you deeper, proactive insight into your health—ideal for prevention, performance, and longevity. If any red flags appear, we’ll advise you to follow up with your doctor.
What’s the difference between TrueVitals and the NHS?▶
NHS tests are often limited to what’s clinically urgent. We test for a much broader panel of biomarkers, with a focus on optimal function, not just disease thresholds.
Can I track my results over time?▶

Do I need to fast before my test?▶
