Blood results are special-category health data. Before anything is booked or released we confirm who you are and your date of birth, so a report can only ever reach the person it belongs to. It takes two minutes, you book your slot on the same call, and because you call when you're free there is no chasing and no missed calls.

Then you get a full refund. You can cancel any time up to 48 hours before a booked appointment, and if we have not booked one yet there is nothing to cancel.
