The short answer: Randox Everyman and Everywoman are in-clinic health checks that measure "up to 150 data points" across about 19 health areas, from heart and liver to hormones, allergy and urinalysis. The Complete version includes two rounds of testing, about six months apart, results typically arrive within 1 to 2 days of the sample reaching the lab, and the price was £416 on Randox's standard product pages in November 2026, with lower prices on some partner pages and offers. Randox doesn't publish a marker-by-marker list on those pages. If you want a named list of every marker and a written report that reads them together, TrueVitals Ultimate is 140 biomarkers (139 for women) for £399 including the blood draw, and TrueVitals Signature, drawn at Randox Health clinics and processed by Randox, is 230 biomarkers for £799.
TrueVitals Signature is drawn at Randox Health clinics and processed by Randox Health's laboratories. We then write our own clinician-reviewed report from the results. So we have a commercial relationship with Randox as well as competing with Everyman and Everywoman through our Ultimate panel, which uses a different laboratory (Nationwide Pathology) and 103 partner clinics. Read this page with that in mind, and check every Randox figure on randoxhealth.com.

We don't convert Randox's data points into a biomarker count: Randox doesn't say on the page how data points are counted, so a like-for-like number isn't possible. Price figures were the ones shown on the day; Randox runs offers and partner prices, so the price you see may differ.
Randox publishes health areas rather than a marker list, so this table goes area by area. The first column is Randox's wording. The other two name what TrueVitals measures in that area, from our Ultimate and Signature panel pages. It doesn't say which markers Randox runs inside each area, because Randox's page doesn't.
| Randox health area | TrueVitals Ultimate | Signature adds, for example |
|---|---|---|
| Heart Health | Full cholesterol panel, ApoA-1, ApoB, Lp(a), remnant cholesterol, Lp(a)-corrected LDL, creatine kinase | Homocysteine, apolipoprotein E, small dense LDL, cardiac muscle markers |

| Prostate Health | PSA total, free and ratio (men) | - |

| Urinalysis | Twelve-point urinalysis with culture and sensitivities | - |
| Personal Health Measurements | Not included | Six measurements and eleven body-composition indices |
| Tumour markers (a Randox add-on, "Tumour Associated Markers") | CEA, CA 19-9; PSA (men); CA-125 and CA 15-3 (women), included | AFP, NSE, hCG, mesothelin |
Signature includes everything in Ultimate. Tumour markers on any panel are screening support, not a diagnosis.
Providers count differently. A data point can be a measured marker, a calculated ratio, a urine dipstick reading or a physical measurement such as weight. "Up to" means the number can vary with the version, your sex and what is available on the day. Randox's page doesn't break the 150 down, so we can't say how many are blood markers, and we don't try. That cuts both ways: our 140 includes 29 calculated clinical indices and scores, which we label on the panel page, so a raw count isn't the whole story for us either.
The useful question isn't "how many?" but "which ones, and does someone read them together?". Before booking any health check, ask for the marker list for your version and sex, and check it includes the markers that matter for you. Common gaps on general checks are ApoB and Lp(a) for heart risk, fasting insulin for early insulin resistance, cystatin C for kidney function in muscular people, and the full thyroid picture with antibodies. All of those are named on our Ultimate panel page.
On Lp(a) in particular: the European Atherosclerosis Society's consensus statement (Kronenberg et al., European Heart Journal, 2022) recommends measuring it at least once in every adult, because it is largely inherited and a normal cholesterol result says nothing about it. It is worth checking that whichever check you buy includes it.
Preparation. Randox recommends fasting for 8 to 12 hours, no strenuous exercise for two days, stopping supplements including biotin two days before unless prescribed, and a morning appointment if testosterone is being tested. That is sensible for any comprehensive panel, including ours.
You want results quickly. Randox says results are typically available within 1 to 2 days of the sample arriving at the lab, with some in as little as 2 hours. That is faster than our 4 working days for Ultimate and much faster than Signature.
You want to see change over six months. Complete includes a second round of testing, so you get a baseline and a follow-up for one price. If you use both, £416 works out at £208 a round.
You want to talk it through. A health and wellbeing discussion with Randox's Scientific Advisors is included, and you can add a GP consultation.
You like an app and a clinic visit. Results go to the Randox Health app, and the appointment includes the personal health measurements Randox lists.
You have a Simplyhealth plan. Randox showed a Simplyhealth-exclusive Everyman page at £335, and Simplyhealth plan holders with a health assessment benefit may be able to claim towards the cost. Check your own plan's cover.
If you need results in a day or two, Everyman or Everywoman is quicker than either of our panels. If you want an app, we don't have one. If you want a GP consultation as part of the package, Randox offers one as an add-on and we don't; our report is clinician-reviewed and your account manager explains it, but neither gives medical advice. If you want two tests six months apart for one price, Complete is built for that. And if you have symptoms that worry you now, see your GP first.
Where we are the stronger choice is transparency and interpretation: every marker named before you buy, a written report that reads every result against the others and against your own lifestyle quiz, PhenoAge, and a no-findings-no-fee guarantee. Ultimate is also available at 103 partner clinics or at home, which helps if there isn't a Randox clinic near you. For how Randox's wider range compares, see Randox alternative and Medichecks vs Randox.
Any health check tells you where your markers sit on the day. Results move with food, exercise, sleep, illness, alcohol, supplements, your cycle and the time of day. No panel diagnoses a condition on its own, and a result inside the laboratory range isn't always one to ignore. Anything that needs follow-up is flagged in a TrueVitals report with what to take to your GP.
On 1 November 2026 Randox's standard Everyman Complete and Everywoman Complete pages showed £416, and a Simplyhealth-exclusive Everyman page showed £335 (was £416). Everyman Basic and Everywoman Basic were listed without a price. Randox runs offers and partner prices, so the price varies by page and over time: check randoxhealth.com on the day you book.
Randox says Everyman measures up to 150 data points across 19 health areas: allergy evaluation, bone, diabetes, digestive, full blood count, heart, infection and inflammation, iron, kidney, liver, male hormone, metabolic syndrome, muscle and joint, nutrition, pancreatic, personal health measurements, prostate, thyroid and urinalysis. Everywoman covers the same areas with female hormone in place of male hormone and prostate. The product pages don't list the individual markers.
Not necessarily. Randox's page uses both phrases but doesn't say how data points are counted, and data points can include calculated values, urine readings and physical measurements. We don't convert them into a biomarker count. Ask Randox for the marker list for your version before booking if a specific marker matters to you.
Randox describes Everyman and Everywoman Complete as two rounds of testing of up to 150 data points, with the repeat test about six months later so you can track change. The pages also describe the repeat as optional.
Randox says results are typically available within 1 to 2 days of the sample arriving at its laboratory, with some released in as little as 2 hours, and that the turnaround can't always be guaranteed. TrueVitals Ultimate reports within 4 working days of the lab receiving the sample; Signature takes up to 12 working days.
Randox includes a health and wellbeing discussion with its Scientific Advisors. A remote GP consultation is available as a paid add-on. TrueVitals reports are clinician-reviewed before release and come with a named account manager.
Signature is drawn at Randox Health clinics and processed by Randox Health's laboratories, so the lab work is Randox's. The panel is 230 named biomarkers with six physical measurements, and TrueVitals writes the clinician-reviewed report, with PhenoAge and TrueScore, for £799. It is not the same package as Everyman or Everywoman.
One venous draw, read together across every system, clinician-reviewed, with PhenoAge on every report and Ultimate results within 4 working days of the lab receiving your sample. Klarna: 3 interest-free payments of £133.
