Randox Health Review 2026: Is It Worth It?

Randox Health Review
Is It Worth It? (2026)

Short answer: yes, if you want a fast, polished clinic-based health check. Randox Health has its own clinics around the UK, very fast results (Everyman and Everywoman are typically back within 1 to 2 days of reaching the lab), physical measurements and a discussion with its advisers built in, and an Excellent Trustpilot rating from nearly 30,000 reviews. The trade-offs: it counts "data points" rather than biomarkers, add-ons such as a GP consultation cost extra on its core packages, and its most complete package costs £2,112.

Facts checked on randoxhealth.com and Trustpilot, November 2026. Written by James Smillie, founder of TrueVitals. TrueVitals competes with Randox and also uses Randox Health clinics and laboratories for its Signature panel: see our bias statement below.

Packages and Prices

Randox Health packages and prices (November 2026)

Randox sells a wide menu, from single-topic tests to its flagship clinic packages. These are the main direct-to-consumer health checks as listed on randoxhealth.com when we checked.

Everyman Complete / Everywoman Complete£416Two rounds of testing of up to 150 data points; 18 to 19 health areas including heart, diabetes, liver, kidney, thyroid, hormones, full blood count, urinalysis and personal health measurements; Health and Wellbeing discussion with Scientific Advisors1 to 2 days from lab receipt, some within 2 hours

Prices from the Randox Health UK product pages, checked November 2026. Some other Randox listings showed lower prices for Everyman (for example during offers), so check the basket price before you book. Add-ons listed on the Everyman page include a GP consultation (£65) and Tumour Associated Markers (no price shown). Signature add-ons include a Cardiac and Cancer Risk Panel (£1,542) and Omega 3 Index Complete (£95).

A note on "data points". Randox counts data points, which include physical measurements and urinalysis results as well as blood markers. That is a legitimate way to describe a health check, but it means a Randox data-point count and another provider's biomarker count are not the same unit. We have not tried to convert one into the other, and you should be wary of any comparison (including ours) that does.

What It Does Well

What Randox Health does well

Speed. Randox says Everyman and Everywoman results are typically available within 1 to 2 days of the sample reaching its lab, with some released within about 2 hours. That is very fast for a full health check.

One visit, more than blood. Its clinic packages combine a venous blood draw with urinalysis and personal health measurements, and Signature adds an ECG, height, weight and blood pressure. Blood-only services cannot give you those.

People to talk to. Everyman and Everywoman include a Health and Wellbeing discussion with Randox's Scientific Advisors, and a GP consultation can be added. Randox describes its Signature package as including a GP consultation.

Its own laboratory. Randox is a diagnostics manufacturer as well as a testing service. It says testing is done with an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory, naming Randox Clinical Laboratory Services (UKAS lab 9329) or an approved third party.

Repeat testing built in. The Complete packages describe two rounds of testing, with optional repeat testing every six months, which suits anyone who wants to track change rather than take a single snapshot.

Reputation. Randox Health is rated Excellent on Trustpilot, 4.6 from 29,815 reviews when we checked, a large and long-running review base.

Limitations

Where Randox Health falls short

Hard to compare like for like. Because packages are described in data points (and Everyman and Everywoman across two rounds of testing), you cannot easily tell how many distinct blood biomarkers you get in one visit. Ask Randox for the full test menu if that matters to you.

Extras add up. On the core packages, a GP consultation (£65), tumour markers and some other tests are add-ons. Randox's own Signature package includes far more, but at £2,112.

Clinic only for the main packages. The flagship health checks are done at a Randox clinic. Randox does sell some home kits, but there is no nurse home-visit option for its clinic packages on the pages we checked.

Results first, reading second. Randox gives you a personal results report and an app that explains each test in plain language, which many customers like. What it does not set out is a written analysis that reads every result against every other and against your lifestyle. Whether you need that is a matter of preference.

Prices move. We saw different prices for the same package on different Randox pages and during offers. That is good news if you catch a discount, but check the final basket.

Experience

Clinics, turnaround and your results

Clinics. Randox runs its own Randox Health clinics and, since 2023, concessions inside some John Lewis stores (Randox announced the first at High Wycombe, Bluewater and Cheltenham). Use the location finder on randoxhealth.com to see what is near you; we have not quoted a clinic count because Randox does not publish one consistently.

Preparation. For Everyman and Everywoman, Randox asks you to fast for 8 to 12 hours (water only), avoid strenuous exercise for two days and stop non-prescribed supplements, including biotin, two days before. For hormone results in women it suggests testing around day 2 to 5 of your cycle.

Results. Results arrive in the Randox Health app (iOS and Android) with a personal results report explaining each test. A paper copy is an add-on. Signature's genetic report follows separately within 6 weeks.

Verdict

Who should book Randox direct, and who should choose something else

Book Randox direct if:

You want results within a day or two. You want physical measurements and urinalysis in the same visit. You want to talk to someone about your results, or add a GP consultation. You like the idea of two rounds of testing to track change. You want genetic analysis and an ECG and are happy to pay for Randox's own Signature package.

Consider an alternative if:

You want to know exactly how many blood biomarkers you are buying. You want a home or office blood draw. You want one written report that reads your results together with your lifestyle, rather than test-by-test explanations. You want a very broad blood panel without paying four figures. See Randox alternatives and Medichecks vs Randox.

Randox or TrueVitals?

Randox direct vs TrueVitals Ultimate or Signature

We make two of the alternatives, and one of them runs through Randox, so weigh this accordingly.

TrueVitals Signature (Signature panel) is 230 biomarkers for £799 including the blood draw at a Randox Health clinic, processed by Randox Health's laboratories, with physical measurements at your appointment. The difference from booking Randox direct is what happens afterwards: a clinician-reviewed TrueVitals report, written from your own lifestyle quiz, that reads every result together across body systems and includes a PhenoAge biological age. It takes up to 12 working days. It does not include a GP consultation, an ECG or genetic analysis, all of which Randox's own £2,112 Signature package does.

TrueVitals Ultimate (Ultimate panel) is 140 biomarkers (139 for women) for £399 including the blood draw at one of 103 partner clinics, or £29 extra for a home or office visit. Samples go to Nationwide Pathology (UKAS-accredited) and the clinician-reviewed report arrives within 4 working days of the lab receiving the sample. It includes a urinalysis but no physical measurements.

When TrueVitals is not the right choice. If you want results in a day or two, a GP or adviser conversation included, an ECG, genetic testing, or a bundled repeat test, Randox direct does those and we do not. Ultimate is booked by phoning the clinic after you pay (the referral never expires), so if you want to pick a slot online at checkout, Randox is easier. And if you only want one or two markers, neither our panels nor Randox's big packages are the lowest-cost way to get them.

How we reviewed (and our bias)

TrueVitals is a UK blood testing company; we compare ourselves too. We reviewed Randox Health using only what its own website, its news site and its Trustpilot page showed in November 2026 (reviewed 2 November 2026); we did not buy a Randox package for this review. You should know that our relationship with Randox is unusual: TrueVitals Signature is booked at Randox Health clinics and processed by Randox Health laboratories, so Randox is both a competitor and a supplier to us. We have led with Randox's strengths, avoided converting its data points into biomarker counts, and said plainly where booking Randox direct is the better choice. Prices change often, so check before you buy. Written by James Smillie; reviewed by the TrueVitals clinical review team.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Randox Health legit?
Yes. Randox Health is the consumer health-testing arm of Randox, a diagnostics company that describes "over four decades of expertise in diagnostic innovation". It says testing is done in partnership with an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory, naming Randox Clinical Laboratory Services (UKAS lab 9329) or an approved third-party provider. On Trustpilot it is rated Excellent, 4.6 out of 5, from 29,815 reviews (checked November 2026).
How much does Randox Health cost?
Prices checked on randoxhealth.com in November 2026: Everyman Complete and Everywoman Complete £416, RanChip Insight 360 £495, and Randox's Signature package £2,112 (£3,115 with follow-up testing included). A GP consultation add-on on the Everyman page is £65. Randox runs frequent offers and some listings showed lower prices, so check the basket before you book.
How long do Randox Health results take?
Randox says Everyman and Everywoman results are typically available within 1 to 2 days of the sample arriving at its laboratory, some within about 2 hours. Its Signature package says 3 to 5 working days, with the genetic report within 6 weeks, and RanChip Insight 360 says 10 working days. Randox notes turnaround cannot always be guaranteed.
Does Randox Health include a doctor's consultation?
It depends on the package. Everyman and Everywoman include a Health and Wellbeing discussion with Randox's Scientific Advisors, and a GP consultation is an add-on (£65 on the Everyman page). Randox describes its Signature package as including a GP consultation. RanChip Insight 360 lists a telephone discussion and a remote GP consultation as add-ons.
Is Randox Signature the same as TrueVitals Signature?
No. They share a name and a laboratory but are different products. Randox's own Signature package is £2,112 and includes 350+ markers, a GP consultation, genetic analysis and an ECG. TrueVitals Signature is 230 biomarkers for £799 including the draw at a Randox Health clinic, processed by Randox Health, with a clinician-reviewed TrueVitals report within 12 working days. It has no GP consultation or genetic report.
Is Randox Health worth it?
For many people, yes: it is well reviewed, fast, and you have your blood taken, measurements done and a discussion in one clinic visit. It is less suited to people who want to compare marker counts like for like, since Randox counts data points rather than biomarkers, or who want a written report that reads every result together. See the who-should-choose section above.

Want every result read together?

Ultimate: 140 biomarkers (139 for women), £399 including your blood draw, clinician-reviewed report within 4 working days. Or Signature: 230 biomarkers at a Randox Health clinic, £799.
