Laboratories

Which laboratory tests your blood

TrueVitals is not a laboratory. It designs the panels, arranges the blood draw, writes the report and has it reviewed. The laboratory analysis is done by the two laboratories below, depending on the panel you buy.

Advanced and Ultimate

Processed by Nationwide Pathology, a UKAS-accredited laboratory. The venous sample is taken by a trained phlebotomist at one of 103 partner clinics (£19) or at your home (£39).

Advanced: 74 biomarkers, £269 plus the draw. Ultimate: 140 biomarkers (139 for women), £349 plus the draw. Report within 4 working days of the draw.

Signature

Taken at a Randox Health clinic and processed by Randox Health.

230 biomarkers plus physical measurements, £799 including the draw. Report within up to 12 working days, because the panel requires substantially more laboratory analysis.

All panels use a venous blood draw. TrueVitals does not sell finger-prick kits. More on sample handling: labs and quality standards.

Report review

How reports are reviewed

  1. Laboratory results. The laboratory analyses your sample and returns the results to TrueVitals.
  2. Report written. The report is written from your results and from the lifestyle quiz completed by the person tested, reading markers together across body systems rather than one at a time.
  3. Clinician review. Every report is clinician-reviewed before it is released. No report is sent without this step.
  4. Delivery. You receive a PDF and an online dashboard, within 4 working days of the draw for Advanced and Ultimate, or up to 12 working days for Signature.

A TrueVitals report is not a diagnosis and does not replace your GP. Where a result warrants medical attention, the report says so and you should speak to your GP, sharing the PDF with them. Urgent symptoms need NHS 111, 999 or your GP, not a blood test. The full process is set out in the medical review and editorial policy.

Booking, payment and refunds

How buying, booking and refunds work

  1. Pay online. Card, Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.
  2. Book by phone. After payment, your appointment is booked by phone rather than online. Your referral never expires, so you can book when it suits you.
  3. Blood draw. At a partner clinic or at home (Advanced and Ultimate), or at a Randox Health clinic (Signature).
  4. Report. Clinician-reviewed and delivered to your account.

Refunds. Until an appointment is booked you can cancel at any time for a full refund, however long ago you ordered. Once an appointment is booked you can still cancel for a full refund before it takes place. Once your sample has been taken, the right to cancel ends. On Ultimate and Signature, the no-findings-no-fee guarantee refunds the panel price if your report flags nothing outside the ideal range; the draw fee is not refunded. Your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies alongside this. Full terms: refund and cancellation policy.

Before you decide

What to weigh up

  • TrueVitals is a newer company, trading since February 2026, with a smaller review base than longer-established providers.
  • Booking is by phone after payment, not online at checkout.
  • There is no finger-prick option. If you want a home kit you post back yourself, other providers offer that.
  • TrueVitals does not sell single-marker tests. For one marker, a single-test provider is usually cheaper.
  • Signature is only available at Randox Health clinics and takes up to 12 working days.
