The short answer: no, Superpower is not available in the UK. It is a US membership, $199 a year for one blood test of 100+ biomarkers drawn at a Quest Diagnostics location or at home in the US, and its website lists US states only, with no UK sign-up, UK pricing or UK blood draw (checked November 2026). The closest UK option to what Superpower does is one comprehensive venous draw with a full written report: the TrueVitals Ultimate panel tests 140 biomarkers (139 for women) for £399 including the blood draw at one of 103 partner clinics, with a clinician-reviewed report within 4 working days of the lab receiving your sample. If it is the membership model you want, Compass by Thriva is the nearest UK match.
Superpower is one of the fast-growing US health memberships built around an annual blood test, alongside Function Health. Here is what its website says it offers, as we read it on superpower.com in November 2026. We have quoted it rather than paraphrased it wherever we could.
| What | Superpower (US) |
|---|---|
| Price | $199 a year ("Pricing may vary for members in New York and New Jersey"). HSA/FSA eligible, which are US tax-advantaged health accounts. |
| Blood test | "100+ biomarkers from one blood draw", one comprehensive blood test a year. New members are offered a complimentary follow-up test three to six months after the first draw. |
| Where the blood is taken | At "2,000+ Quest locations or at-home", with at-home draws at an additional cost. |
| Results | "Results in 10 days or less"; typically about a week. |
| What you get with results | A biological age and 17 health scores, a personalised plan, Superpower's AI and a 24/7 care team. Superpower says "Clinicians review decisions, edge cases, and changes that matter." |
| Where it works | "Available in the U.S. with some state exclusions." The site lists the US states it is live in. No UK or international availability is mentioned. |
Why a UK resident can't simply sign up. Every part of the service runs in the US: the draw happens at a Quest Diagnostics site or through a US mobile phlebotomist, the price is in dollars, and the care team works around US healthcare. We found nothing on Superpower's site that offers a UK draw, accepts a sample taken in the UK, or covers non-US residents. If you plan to test during a long stay in the US, ask Superpower directly before paying.
Superpower is also clear that it is designed to complement a primary care doctor, not replace one. That is the right way to think about any of the UK options below too: a private panel gives you a deeper baseline than a standard screen, and anything that needs investigating goes to your GP.
Each provider's own published figures, checked in November 2026. A dash means we could not confirm that detail on the provider's site, so we have left it out rather than guess.

Compass by Thriva: the closest to Superpower's model. If what appeals about Superpower is the year-round structure rather than the size of the panel, Compass is the UK service that comes nearest. You pay £360 a year upfront and get three tests roughly every four months: a fixed 33-marker baseline set by Thriva's doctors, then follow-up tests of 20+ markers adapted to your results and goals. Every result is reviewed by a GP and you get a one-to-one doctor consultation after each test, which none of the one-off panels here includes. The trade-offs: each test is much smaller than a comprehensive panel, there is currently no monthly or instalment option, and you are committing to a year. How Thriva compares.
Lola Health Peak Insights 70: good depth for the price. Seventy venous markers with a phlebotomist at home or at a clinic, for £235 all in, reviewed by GMC-registered doctors and analysed at a UKAS-accredited UK laboratory. Lola also sells membership versions of its panels for regular retesting. What it leaves out compared with a deeper panel is mostly the specialist layer, and Lola says its doctors review results but do not offer consultations. TrueVitals vs Lola in detail.
Medichecks Ultimate Performance: a strong hormone and fitness panel. Fifty-six venous markers for £199, plus £35 for a partner-clinic draw: full blood count, lipids, liver, kidney, full thyroid with antibodies, testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, oestradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, cortisol, DHEA-S, iron studies, active B12, folate, vitamin D and hs-CRP, with a doctor's comments included and an estimated 3 working days from the lab receiving the sample. It doesn't include ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin or the tumour markers. Medichecks Ultimate Performance vs TrueVitals Ultimate, marker by marker.
People who look at Superpower are usually after four things. Here is where each one can be found in the UK.
Superpower's 100+ markers come from a single venous draw. TrueVitals Ultimate tests 140 in one draw, including ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin with HOMA-IR, cystatin C, full thyroid with antibodies and complete hormones. Signature goes to 230, adding homocysteine and the specialist markers. The most comprehensive UK tests.
Every Ultimate and Signature report includes PhenoAge, a published biological age estimate (Levine et al., 2018) calculated from nine blood markers and your actual age, and TrueScore, one score out of 100 for the whole panel. Biological age explained.
A TrueVitals report is written from your own lifestyle quiz and reads every result together, across systems, rather than one line at a time. A clinician reviews it before you see it, and a named account manager answers questions about it afterwards.
The markers most linked to how well you age, ApoB, Lp(a), insulin resistance, hs-CRP, kidney function from cystatin C and liver fibrosis scores, are all in Ultimate. Longevity blood test UK.
The one thing a TrueVitals test does not do is run as a membership. There is no app, no subscription and nothing to cancel. You test when it suits you, and each new report is compared with your last, so your second test shows a direction rather than another snapshot.
You live in the US. Then Superpower, or Function Health, is the obvious place to look. We only test in the UK.
You want a structured year-round programme with doctor consultations. Compass by Thriva is built for that; we don't run memberships.
You want to spend under £250. Lola Peak Insights 70 at £235 and Medichecks Ultimate Performance at £234 with a clinic draw both cover the fundamentals properly.
You want to book your appointment online, or use a finger-prick kit. TrueVitals books your clinic or home visit by phone after payment (the referral never expires), and we don't sell finger-prick kits.
You feel unwell now. New or worsening symptoms, chest pain, unexplained weight loss or bleeding should go to your GP, NHS 111 or 999 first, not to a private panel.
A comprehensive panel is good at finding things that are drifting before they cause symptoms: insulin resistance years before HbA1c moves, a raised ApoB or Lp(a) behind a normal cholesterol, low iron stores, an underactive thyroid starting to show in its antibodies. It can't diagnose a condition on its own, and tumour markers in particular can be raised or normal for reasons unrelated to cancer. Results that need follow-up are flagged in your report with what to take to your GP. That is true of Superpower's tests too, which is why it describes itself as a complement to a doctor rather than a replacement.
No. Superpower describes itself as available in the US with some state exclusions. Its blood draws run through Quest Diagnostics locations or at-home draws in the US, it is priced in dollars, and its site offers no UK sign-up, UK pricing or UK blood draw (checked on superpower.com, November 2026).
For depth in one venous draw, TrueVitals Ultimate: 140 biomarkers (139 for women) for £399 including the blood draw at one of 103 partner clinics, or £29 extra for a home or office visit, with a clinician-reviewed report within 4 working days of the lab receiving the sample. For a year-round membership model closer to Superpower's, Compass by Thriva is £360 a year for three tests with doctor consultations.
$199 a year in the US, for one comprehensive blood test a year plus Superpower's app, plan and care team. At-home draws cost extra and pricing may vary in New York and New Jersey. There is no UK price. Checked on superpower.com, November 2026.
Superpower says 100+ biomarkers from one blood draw. TrueVitals Ultimate tests 140 in one draw (139 for women) and Signature tests 230.
Yes. Compass by Thriva is a year-round programme at £360 a year paid upfront: a 33-marker baseline test, then two further tests of 20+ markers chosen by Thriva's doctors, with a GP review and a one-to-one doctor consultation after each test. Lola Health also sells membership versions of its panels. TrueVitals has no membership: you pay per test and every new report is compared with your last.
Yes. TrueVitals Ultimate can be drawn at home or at work by a phlebotomist for £29 extra. Lola Health charges £35 for a home phlebotomist on Peak Insights 70, and Medichecks charges £59 for a nurse home visit on Ultimate Performance (prices checked November 2026).
